  • When will my order ship?

    A shipping label will be created upon ordering however, packages will be dropped off at the post office 1-2 times a week. At most, unless notified otherwise, you would have to wait 1 week for your order to reach the post office.

  • Will I receive a tracking number?

    All orders will be shipped through USPS. Small standard envelope orders such as stickers will not have tracking available. All other packages will have tracking numbers through USPS

  • Is free shipping offered?

    No! I'm not amazon. My packaging supplies cost money and there is no way for me to send it for free. There may be promotional free shipping on orders over a certain $ amount though!

  • I don't see my size!

    I try to stock sizes S-6XL when I can/ when the materials are available. If there is a size you would like and it is not currently available, please look out for a preorder window on that item. Preordering is the best way to ensure you get the size you need! Most of my items are limited run because I like to make new things! Feel free to fill out the contact form and I can try to accommodate you!

  • An item I saw at a convention is not available online!

    I do not put everything I carry online! However if you did see something you wanted to get at a con but weren't able to, please contact me! I likely still have it and can directly invoice the item through paypal!

  • Can I buy wholesale for my own store?

    We can do bulk orders if you wish to stock my merch at a store! please fill out a contact form and we can work that out over email. However, the discount will not be substantial.

  • The item never arrived

    Please give USPS up to 3 weeks to deliver your package! Please check to make sure the address is correct on your order, I will not give refunds to misdirected packages! I ship 1-2 times a week please allow time for the shipping and tracking to update! If tracking does not update in the 3 week window, I can resend the package, please use the contact form to reach out.

  • I want to return an item!

    Small items, such as stickers, are non refundable and non returnable. If you want to return apparel or charms you will be responsible for shipping costs to the return address. If the item was broken on arrival I will not ask for it to be returned and will replace the item free of charge with visual proof of the damage to the item (not the packaging). Please fill out the contact form!

  • Exchanges

    If you bought the wrong size, I will ask that you pay for the shipping for the return and once I receive it I can send the correct size. Exchanges on other items must be the same type of item. (charms for charms, patches for patches) I do not have a way to grant store credit for unequal exchanges. If I sent the wrong item, I will resend the correct item free of charge for my mistake.
